Summary	`morewrites` does not work as expected

Description

Hi,

when loading the morewrites,datatool,glossaries packages in this order i get a "no new write" error from glossaries defined at the end of the preamble.

When loading morewrites after datatool this seems to go ok. However, later on datatool gets stuck as morewrites is loaded later.

The problem seems to be etex that is loaded within datatool. It was fixed after loading etex before morewrites at the start of my preamble.

It took me quite a while to figure this one out, maybe it could be added to the datatool documentation.

Evaluation

The next version of datatool won't load etex.

Update: version 2.23 has now been uploaded to CTAN. This version no longer tries to load etex.sty.
