Summary XeLaTeX command \creationdate not detected

Description

XeLaTeX has introduced a new command \creationdate analogous to pdfLaTeX's \pdfcreationdate. This means that XeLaTeX now provides information about the time zone, but datetime2 doesn't currently check for this new command.

This check will be added to the next version of datetime2. In the meantime, a workaround is to add the following before datetime2 is loaded:

\providecommand{\pdfcreationdate}{\creationdate}
