Scale Object to Fit Typeblock
In addition to the scaling function described in Scaling Objects, if you have set the typeblock, you can scale selected objects so that they fit the typeblock area using the TeX/LaTeX->Flow Frames->Scale to Fit Typeblock menu item. Note that this may change the aspect ratio of the scaled objects.
