B.10 Extra alignment tab has been changed to \cr
You have too many ampersands (&) in one row. The most
probable cause is that you have forgotten the end of row command
\\ on the previous row. Remember also that if you have a
\multicolumn command to span more than one column, you
should have fewer &s in that row. This error can also occur
from a confusion over the two meanings of \\: a
line break within a paragraph cell and a row break. In which case,
you need to use \tabularnewline instead of
\\.
