Building the Print Version
If the book is to be printed, you need to supply the publisher with a PDF/1-X compliant document. MakeJmlrBookGUI tries to make a grey scale compliant document using ghostscript. However it is recommended that you check that the resulting document is compliant. This option is just for CiML books, not for PMLR volumes. Avoid transparency with this option.
