This website is run by Dr Nicola Talbot trading as Dickimaw Books (“We”, “Our”).  We operate from 47 The Street, Saxlingham Nethergate, Norwich, NR15 1AJ and can be contacted via our Contact page.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Our Downloadable Software is licensed under the GNU General Public Licence and is free to download.

Our LaTeX code provided on our Experimental Page, Gallery and on CTAN is licensed under the LaTeX Public Project License and is free to download.

All our LaTeX tutorials are licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License and are free to download.

No reliance on information

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that our site or the content on it is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Public Posts (Reports, Requests and Comments)

We welcome your reports, feature requests and comments via our Bug Report, Feature Request, Typo Report, Bug Tracker and Feature Tracker pages. Please note that we monitor these posts and have sole discretion over which comments are uploaded to our site, in no circumstances will we upload comments to the site if they fail to comply with our content standards as set out below. Bug reports and feature requests

We aim to respond to you as soon as possible when you use our Bug Report system however we are not able to guarantee a response or a solution. We are in no way responsible for any loss suffered by you from any delay to remove a bug or failure to remove a bug.

We are happy to consider your feature requests but do not undertake to comply with any such request.

We also provide a Bug Tracker and a feature request tracker and ask that you refer to these prior to submitting any comments or requests you may have.
